Job Description
As a Marine Chief Mechanic, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of onboard installations, including propulsion engines and general ship maintenance. You'll organize and perform routine maintenance, manage ship's inventory, and conduct daily safety rounds in coordination with the captain. When possible, you'll also support passenger safety, assist with maneuvers on deck, and ship upkeep. Positions are based in Bénodet, Concarneau, and La Forêt Fouesnant from June to late August. Required valid Chief Mechanic certification (750kW, 3000kW or higher) and prior experience in relevant maritime mechanical roles are essential. Join a historic company specializing in maritime tourist transport since 1962, offering seasonal contracts on a fleet of 8 passenger vessels.
