Job Description
As a Marine Chief Engineer onboard, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the ship's installations. You will organize and perform routine maintenance on propulsion engines and ship apparatus, manage ship stock, and conduct daily safety patrols in coordination with the captain. When possible, you will assist in passenger safety, deck maneuvers, and ship upkeep. Positions are based in Bénodet, Concarneau, and La Forêt Fouesnant from June to the end of August. Candidates must hold a valid Chief Engineer license (750kW/3000kW or higher) with previous experience as an Oiler, Mechanic Worker, Chief or Machine Lieutenant desired.
