- Diagnose hydraulic component failures.
- Complete repairs including disassembly, checking, refurbishment, reassembly, and bench testing.
- Manage workshop organization: scheduling, priority and emergency handling, deadline monitoring.
- Coordinate with purchasing for part needs and anticipate potential issues.
- Oversee ongoing cases and contribute to improving repair methods and profitability.
- Provide leadership by supporting two technicians and structuring workshop organization.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in hydraulics is essential.
- Background in mechanical or industrial maintenance.
- Autonomous with decision-making skills.
- Organized and disciplined with a hands-on approach.
Additional Info:
- Permanent contract.
- Salary based on profile and experience.
- Work Monday to Friday until midday.
