Heavy Vehicle / Sweeper Mechanic M/F
Join Nantes Metropole's Logistics Directorate under the BATI Department as a skilled mechanic for heavy vehicles and sweepers. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance and repairs on vehicles including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. We are hiring for 3 positions: 2 for heavy vehicles and 1 for sweepers, with a work schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday. A driving license (Category B) is required, and forklift certification is a plus. Heavy lifting (20-40kg) is part of the role.
Profile
You have solid experience with vehicle mechanics, especially heavy vehicles, including knowledge of electrical systems. Passionate about mechanics and public service, you excel in teamwork and demonstrate analysis, organization, and rigor. Alert your supervisors when issues arise.
