Adecco is recruiting a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic (H/F) in ST MEEN LE GRAND (35290) to join a dynamic workshop specialized in non-hazardous waste processing and disposal. Your role is crucial to ensure vehicle reliability that supports smooth site operations. You'll work full-time in team shifts (7h–14h and 13h–20h) with occasional Saturdays and possible on-call duties.
Your Responsibilities:
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults
- Perform repairs, part replacements, adjustments, and function tests
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on trucks, trailers, and equipment
- Document interventions and report anomalies
- Maintain workplace order and safety compliance
We Offer:
- Hourly wage between €13.70 and €15.50 depending on experience
- Monthly HDD allowance of €15.25
- Long-term contract
- Training support to develop your skills in heavy vehicle mechanics
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in vehicle mechanics, preferably heavy or light vehicles
- Basic knowledge of onboard electrical systems
- Ability to read hydraulic and pneumatic schematics
- Team player with strong responsibility and service mindset
- Certifications such as CACES or heavy vehicle driving license are a plus
