Job Description
Join a leading regional company specializing in the rental of construction, industrial, and agricultural equipment. As a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, you will work under the supervision of the workshop manager to perform preventive and corrective maintenance for agricultural machinery, construction equipment, and heavy vehicles, all within the workshop (no travel required).
Your key missions:
- Follow manufacturer operating procedures
- Diagnose faults
- Identify malfunctioning parts
- Manage spare parts procurement
- Carry out repairs and reconditioning
- Ensure customer satisfaction
Technical skills:
- Road diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Preparation for technical inspections
- Use of diagnostic tools
- Work with engines and advanced technology equipment
- Installation of additional equipment (hitches, comfort, protection)
- Road testing
- Reading plans and diagrams
- Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, environmental standards, and safety
- Fluid and component management
Desired qualities: Responsive, methodical, curious, available, organized, and versatile.
Certification required: Refrigerant handling certificate (Category I).
