Join Our Team as a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic! 🚛
Be part of the Parc Matériel service responsible for managing, maintaining, and repairing the automotive and rolling equipment fleet for Caen la Mer urban community, the city of Caen, and CCAS. You'll work under the team leader repairing heavy vehicles, agricultural machines, public works equipment, and urban cleanliness engines.
Requirements:
- Holder of a CAP / BEP or BAC Pro in relevant mechanical repair trades
- Solid knowledge in mechanics, repair techniques, and safety standards
- Ability to work with modern technologies: engine injection, hydraulics, electricity
- Rigorous, organized, and excellent communication skills
- Drivers license B required; C/E desirable
Work Conditions:
- Possible evening, weekend, and holiday emergency work related to weather conditions 🌧️❄️
- On-call duties and winter maintenance participation
- Physical work involving lifting over 20Kg in dusty, noisy environments
