The Heavy Vehicle and Machinery Mechanic position at the Equipment Park Service of Caen la Mer focuses on managing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of heavy vehicles and machinery including trucks, agricultural equipment, public works machinery, and urban cleaning vehicles. Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults, ordering replacement parts, and maintaining workshop organization. Ideal candidates hold relevant technical qualifications (CAP/BEP or BAC Pro in repair, heavy vehicles, agriculture, or public works) coupled with solid mechanical knowledge and are rigorous, organized, and communicative. A driving license B is required, and C/E is preferred.
