Job Opportunity: Heavy Vehicle and Equipment Mechanic (M/F)
Join the team at CAEN LA MER and contribute to the maintenance and repair of Heavy Vehicles, public works equipment, urban cleanliness machinery, and agricultural equipment. Work on-site at the Cotonnière workshop or directly across the Caen la Mer urban community sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Identify defective spare parts and manage pre-orders.
- Participate in workshop organization and upkeep.
Qualifications:
- Certified at technical assistant levels or equivalent experience.
- CAP/BEP or BAC Pro with focus on repair, heavy vehicles, agricultural machinery, or public works.
- Strong knowledge of mechanics and compliance with safety standards.
- Valid driving license B required; C/E desirable.
Work Conditions:
- Possible evening, weekend, and holiday work due to emergencies or weather conditions.
- Handling loads over 20kg in dusty, noisy, and odorous environments.
