Job Opportunity: Heavy Vehicle and Equipment Mechanic (M/F)
Join the team responsible for maintenance and repairs of heavy vehicles, public works equipment, urban cleanliness machinery, and agricultural equipment on-site at La Cotonnière or within the Caen la Mer urban community. Your expertise will cover hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems as you diagnose and order defective parts. This role includes workshop organization and maintenance.
Candidate Profile:
- Holder of a CAP/BEP or BAC Pro related to heavy vehicle, agricultural machinery, or public works repair
- Solid mechanical knowledge with a strong focus on repair techniques and a commitment to safety and hygiene standards
- Adaptable, organized, and communicative, with a valid driving license (B essential, C/E preferred)
Work Conditions: Flexibility for work during evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency situations such as storms or floods. Participation in winter maintenance and potential physical demands in dusty, noisy environments.
