Join the Material Fleet Service team tasked with managing, monitoring, and maintaining the vehicle and rolling equipment fleet for the Caen la Mer urban community, the city of Caen, and the CCAS. Under the team leader's authority, you will repair heavy trucks, agricultural equipment, public works machinery, and urban cleanliness vehicles across three communities, managing both internal tasks and external services. Candidates should hold a technical territorial adjoint grade (or be recruited directly), with CAP/BEP or BAC Pro in repair, heavy vehicles, agricultural or public works machinery or relevant experience. Strong mechanical knowledge, repair techniques, and standards are essential, along with up-to-date skills in engine injection, hydraulics, and electricity. This role requires rigor, organization, communication skills, and the ability to work in challenging environments, including evenings, weekends, and emergencies.
