Job Description
We are hiring for our client, a rapidly growing company specializing in passenger transport and a global leader in shared mobility. The position is for a Heavy Truck Mechanic (M/F) in a permanent contract based in Sallaumines, starting soon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs.
- Prepare vehicles for regulatory inspections with quick turnaround to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose complex breakdowns using electronic tools and plan interventions.
- Manage parts inventory and coordinate with workshop management.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and maintain quality procedures.
Requirements:
- CAP, BEP, Bac Pro in Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent.
- Significant experience with heavy vehicle or bus diagnostics required.
- Proficient with electronic diagnostic tools and technical schematics.
- Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and team collaboration.
Benefits:
- 39 hours per week, rotating shifts with on-call duties.
