You'll diagnose and fix electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues, recommend parts replacement, and ensure preventive upkeep. Ideal candidates hold CAP, BEP, or BAC PRO certifications in mechanical construction or maintenance, with 2-3 years experience and skills in mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, and welding.
