Adecco Recruitment is recruiting a Heavy-Duty Vehicle Mechanic (M/F) for its client, an industrial and logistics company recognized in its sector. This is a permanent, full-time position in the Morannes-sur-Sarthe area (49), Maine-et-Loire, Pays de la Loire.

As its maintenance workshop grows, the client is looking for a technical professional who wants to develop in a structured, long-term environment.

Responsibilities

In the workshop, you will service and maintain a fleet of industrial vehicles. You will be responsible for:

• Preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy-duty vehicles
• Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults
• Repairing and restoring vehicles
• Safety inspections and regulatory operations
• Tracking completed work
• Maintaining the fleet’s proper operation and availability

Requirements

• Training in industrial vehicle, agricultural, automotive, or construction equipment mechanics
• Ideally, initial experience in a similar role; motivated candidates who want to develop their skills will also be considered
• Rigorous, autonomous, and committed, with an appreciation for teamwork and technical environments

Benefits

• Fixed salary: €2,329.43 gross/month
• Clothing allowance: €1.15 gross/per day worked
• Cold-work allowance: €0.48 gross/per hour worked
• Profit-sharing and participation bonus: approximately €3,500 annually, depending on results
• Annual bonus equivalent to a 13th month after 1 year of service
• Seniority bonus starting after 3 years
