Join a rapidly growing group as a Commercial Specialist for France, focusing on Auto, Heavy Vehicle, and Bus spare parts. This full-time remote position allows you to work 100% from home with occasional client visits. Reporting to the France Director and functionally to the Belgium Area Manager, you will drive spare parts business across France, starting with major client regions like North-East, South-West, South-East, and Île-de-France.
Key Missions
- Prospect and grow a client portfolio including large fleets, bus operators, and repair partners (70% of activity).
- Manage and energize existing accounts especially in the East region (30%).
- Respond to major account tenders (e.g., Transdev, RATP).
- Identify parts and build partnerships with workshops and after-sales managers.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial development in spare parts (truck, bus, auto sectors).
- Professional English (B1 minimum, B2 ideal).
- Bac+2 minimum or equivalent experience; strong interpersonal skills valued.
- Willingness to travel across France.
- Experience with tenders is a plus.
