Join Us as a Field Car Salesperson (M/F)!
We are a specialized HR firm focusing on commercial skills optimization for leading national and international companies across various sectors, including automotive, banking, retail, and IT. With over 25 years of experience, we support sales development and brand/product enhancement.
Your Mission:
- Lead the New Vehicle Sales commercial policy within the automotive manufacturer’s dealer network.
- Provide active advice and support to develop revenue and loyalty among agents and dealers.
- Train and guide agents to profitably grow new vehicle business.
- Participate in events like annual conventions and supplier nights.
- Animate distributor teams and agents.
- Perform regular reporting to management.
- Collaborate closely with other field teams.
Location: Western France (Le Havre - Montpellier), based in Paris region / Normandy.
Profile:
- Graduate with commercial education (Bac +3 or higher).
- Experience in automotive or B2B network animation preferred.
- Commercial temperament with charisma, autonomy, and great organization skills.
- English preferable.
Offer:
- Permanent contract (CDI), managerial status.
- Starting April 2021 with extensive travel (~6 nights/month).
- Attractive package: 29K€ base + variable pay, company car, mobile and IT equipment, travel expenses covered.
