What You'll Do:
- Diagnose complex mechanical systems (engine, gearbox, chassis)
- Perform technically challenging repairs
- Ensure quality and adherence to manufacturer methods
- Provide expert advice to the technical team and customer advisors
What We Expect:
- Background in automotive mechanical expertise (COTECH, CQP technician, diagnostic technician, electrician/electronics)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a service mindset
- Problem-solving abilities and proficiency with IT tools
