What We Offer
As an Expert Automotive Diagnostic Technician, you will leverage your technical passion and excellent interpersonal skills to diagnose complex mechanical issues, ensure quality interventions, and support the technical team. You'll play a key role within our Belfort dealership, contributing to the growth of a human-sized, evolving company.
Your Role
- Perform diagnostics on mechanical systems (engine, gearbox, chassis) to identify the root cause of customer complaints.
- Conduct complex technical operations related to vehicle mechanical components.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer methods and uphold quality standards.
- Represent the group’s values and meet customer needs.
- Advise and assist workshop personnel and Customer Advisors with your expertise.
Profile
Candidates with qualifications such as COTECH, CQP expert technician after-sales, diagnostic technician, or automotive electrician/electronic technician, and maintenance experience are sought.
