Your Role:
- Perform mechanical system diagnostics (engine, gearbox, chassis) to identify customer claim origins
- Execute complex technical operations on mechanical vehicle components
- Ensure quality and adherence to manufacturer protocols
- Advise and support workshop team and client advisor
Your Profile:
- Qualified in automotive mechanical expertise (COTECH, CQP, or equivalent)
- Strong passion for technology and excellent interpersonal skills
- Persistent, curious, versatile, with logical problem-solving skills
- Proficient with IT tools
