- Formation in automotive mechanical expertise (COTECH, CQP after-sales expert technician, diagnostic technician, automotive electrician/electronic technician, automotive maintenance)
- Previous relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, perseverance, versatility
- IT proficiency
