Job Overview
As an Experienced Mechanic / Workshop Manager, you will ensure maintenance and repairs of equipment, diagnose breakdowns, and coordinate the workshop team. You will manage workshop operations, supplier relations, and client follow-ups. This role offers a competitive monthly salary between €2000 and €2900, plus a 13th month bonus, attendance bonus, meal vouchers, profit-sharing, and rapid career advancement opportunities.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a candidate with a technical background (BEP/BAC Pro/BTS) in industrial or agricultural machinery maintenance, with prior similar experience. A team player with recognized technical maintenance skills and BTP equipment knowledge will thrive in this role.
Location
This is a permanent position (CDI) based in Strasbourg with a market leader company.
