Join Our Team as an Experienced Heavy Vehicle Mechanic!

We are looking for a skilled mechanic to maintain and repair heavy vehicles, public works machinery, urban cleaning equipment, and agricultural machinery. You will work in our workshop at the Caen la mer site or on-site at the urban community sites. Your expertise will cover hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems. You will diagnose faults, manage parts orders, and contribute to workshop organization.

Requirements:

• CAP/BEP or BAC Pro in repair, heavy vehicles, agricultural machinery, or public works.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and repair techniques.
• Ability to work with evolving technologies (injection engines, hydraulics, electrics).
• Rigorous, organized, methodical, and a good communicator.
• Driving license B required; C/E preferred.

Work Conditions:

• Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays during emergencies.
• On-call duties and participation in winter maintenance.
• Physical work including handling loads up to 20kg.
• Often dusty, noisy, and odorous environments.
