Your responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults, performing full maintenance (oil changes, brakes, suspensions), replacing and inspecting critical parts, ensuring safety and quality, and mentoring less experienced colleagues. You should have a technical background (Bac level), 3 to 5 years of workshop experience, a strong grasp of general mechanics, braking, and suspension, as well as autonomy, rigor, motivation, teamwork spirit, and responsibility.
