Join Our Team as an Experienced Bike Technician 🚴♂️
Become a key player in sustainable mobility by working on diverse bike types including professional cargo fleets, high-end gravel, and road bikes. Enjoy a dynamic role combining hands-on workshop work (80%) and technical customer advising (20%).
Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair all bike categories
- Manage maintenance contracts for cargo bike fleets
- Handle customer service for CANYON brand
- Oversee workshop parts inventory
- Provide expert advice and assist customers in-store
- Contribute to product showcases and store events
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in bike mechanics
- Expertise in professional fleet and high-end bikes
- Knowledge of electronic systems (Di2, AXS)
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
Work Conditions:
- Full-time CDI contract, 35 hours/week
- Flexible schedule with possible 4-day weeks in low season
