Join Our Team as an Experienced Bike Technician!
Are you passionate about sustainable mobility and skilled in bike mechanics? Our shop is looking for a seasoned technician to work in our workshop with a wide variety of bikes including professional cargo fleets, high-end gravel, and road bikes. You'll also provide expert advice to customers in-store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on all bike categories
- Manage maintenance contracts for cargo bike fleets
- Handle customer files, including assembly and after-sales service
- Assist customers with technical advice and equipment choices
- Participate in store events like bike outings
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in bike mechanics
- Knowledge of electronic systems (Di2, AXS)
- Skilled in wheel building
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Holds a driving license (B)
