About the position
Join our dedicated team as an Experienced Bike Technician passionate about sustainable mobility. You'll work on a wide variety of bicycles, including professional cargo fleets, high-end gravel and road bikes, while also providing expert technical advice to clients in-store.
Your missions
- Maintain and repair bicycles across all categories
- Manage maintenance contracts for cargo bike fleets in department 37
- Handle client files including assembly (Click & Ride) and after-sales service management
- Oversee parts ordering and inventory
- Welcome and advise customers, prepare quotes, assist with equipment choices
- Help showcase products and participate in store events such as group bike rides
Profile sought
- Minimum 3 years confirmed experience in bike mechanics
- Ability to handle professional cargo fleets and high-end bikes
- Knowledge of electronic systems (Di2, AXS, etc.)
- Technical proficiency such as wheel building
- Strong curiosity, desire to grow skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, client-oriented with good listening and advice
- Rigorous and autonomous in organizing work
- Valid driver's license (B) needed for customer visits
Conditions
- Full-time CDI contract, 35 hours/week
- Flexible working schedule with potential 4-day weeks in low season
