Experienced Bicycle Technician – Customer Advisor

About the Position

Join our passionate and committed team in promoting sustainable mobility as an Experienced Bicycle Technician in our workshop. Work with a diverse range of bicycles including professional cargo fleets, high-end gravel and road bikes, while also providing expert technical advice to customers in-store.

Your Missions

• Workshop (80%): Maintenance and repair of all bike categories, managing cargo fleet maintenance contracts, handling CANYON customer files (assembly & after-sales), and managing stock and orders.
• Store (20%): Greeting and technically advising customers, preparing estimates, assisting in choosing equipment, enhancing product displays, and participating in store events like bike outings.

What We Look For

• Minimum 3 years in bicycle mechanics, skilled with professional cargo and high-end bikes.
• Familiarity with electronic systems (Di2, AXS).
• Strong technical skills including wheel building.
• Customer-focused, curious, eager to learn, rigorous, autonomous, and with good interpersonal skills.
• Driving license B required for on-site client visits.
