About the Position
Join our committed team promoting gentle mobility as an experienced bicycle technician. Work on a wide variety of bikes including professional cargo fleets, high-end gravel and road bikes, while also providing expert technical advice to customers in-store.
Your Missions
- Workshop (80%): Maintenance and repair of all types of bicycles, managing cargo bike fleet maintenance contracts, client file follow-ups, ordering and stock management.
- Store (20%): Customer reception and technical advice, helping with equipment choices, showcasing products, and participating in shop events like bike outings.
Profile
- Minimum 3 years of cycle mechanical experience.
- Skills on professional cargo fleet and high-end gravel/road bikes.
- Familiar with electronic systems such as Di2 and AXS.
- Technical skills including spoke lacing.
- Curious and eager to develop new skills.
- Strong relational skills and passion for customer service.
- Autonomous and organized with a required driving license B.
Conditions
- Permanent full-time contract (35h/week).
