For one of its clients based in Woippy, the WELLJOB agency is recruiting a Customer Service Representative in automotive mechanics (M/F).
Do you love mechanics? Can you talk about engines as well as you talk to clients? We are looking for our future Customer Service Representative. This is not just a front desk job. We want someone who truly understands what they sell, capable of explaining diagnostics, advising on tires, brakes, and maintenance confidently and professionally.
You will be attached to the Agency Manager and join a close-knit, dynamic, and ambitious team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients in person and by phone
- Organizing appointments between the workshop and clients
- Offering first-level sales by advising clients
- Participating in restocking presentation products and maintaining the reception area
- Preparing quotes, repair orders, and invoices
- Managing sales administration tracking tools
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency with IT tools (ERP and Microsoft Office)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Professional Baccalaureate or professional experience in mechanics
- Welcoming attitude
- Good computer skills
- Preferably knowledge in mechanics
