A strong family business recognized in the construction equipment sector, our client is a regional dealer of major brands such as Takeuchi, Kramer, and Wacker Neuson, among others like Kubota, Yanmar, Volvo, Komatsu, Liebherr, Hitachi, and Case. Located on an 11,000 m² site in the heart of Lorraine, the company relies on a large machine park and a loyal professional clientele.
Mission
As a key player in the business, you will manage the complete spare parts process, from identifying customer needs to invoicing, supporting after-sales service. You'll be the spare parts expert, liaising between clients, workshop, suppliers, and after-sales support. Your tasks include customer reception, telephone and counter service, technical advice, stock management, order processing, and inventory.
Profile
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years experience in spare parts sales or a similar role, knowledge of construction/agricultural equipment, strong organizational skills, and customer relations.
