Join PHILIPPE ET FILS as a Construction Equipment Mechanic (M/F)

You will work in a small team maintaining and repairing construction vehicles and equipment, applying your hands-on mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities. Enjoy a Monday to Friday daytime schedule with occasional on-site repairs within 40 km. The company values employee well-being, safety, and environmental responsibility.
What you'll do:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs (oil changes, brakes, tires, part replacements)
- Work closely with a small team under the workshop manager
- Fill maintenance records and report any issues
Requirements:
- Passion for basic mechanics and working with your hands
- Interest in construction machinery
- Flexibility to handle on-site repairs
- Team player, punctual, organized, safety-conscious
- Valid driving license (Permis B)
- Any level of experience in construction machinery mechanics
