We are looking for a dedicated Chief Mechanic to lead a small, dynamic team in a friendly and professional PME located north of Brest. This role offers a hands-on leadership position managing workshop operations, client relationships, and diverse technical projects including heavy mechanical repairs on tractors and agricultural equipment.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and support a team of 3 mechanics
- Plan and coordinate workshop activities
- Perform diagnostics and complex repairs
- Handle supplier orders and billing
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in agricultural or industrial mechanics
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent client communication
