Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose damages on accident or damaged vehicles
- Dismantle and replace body parts like doors, wings, hoods, bumpers
- Straighten, dent repair, or fix body structures
- Prepare surfaces for painting: sanding, puttying, priming
- Perform finishing operations with strict quality standards
- Ensure alignment, adjustment, and proper functionality of reassembled parts
- Verify repair compliance and vehicle safety
- Follow deadlines, manufacturer procedures, and safety rules
Requirements:
- Certification in bodywork (CAP, BEP, Bac Pro or equivalent)
- Proficiency in straightening, welding, and material repair techniques
- Knowledge of workshop tools and equipment
- Precision, attention to detail, autonomy, rigor, team spirit
- Ability to adhere to quality and safety standards
