Join Our Team as a Body Shop Technician in Roncq!
Are you skilled in auto body repair and looking for a workshop where you can work comfortably with a supportive team and competitive pay? We are strengthening our Volkswagen, SEAT, SKODA, CUPRA dealership team and seeking a dedicated Body Shop Technician (M/F) for a permanent contract.
What We Offer:
- Competitive monthly salary from €2,450 to €2,700 based on experience
- Attendance bonus up to €500/year
- Productivity bonus up to €300/month

Your Role:
- Perform bodywork and paint operations
- Diagnose vehicle damage
- Repair structural elements as needed
- Prepare surfaces and complete paint jobs with high-quality finishes
- Ensure quality control and perform necessary touch-ups
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Who We Are Looking For:
- Qualified with training in bodywork and relevant experience
- Detail-oriented, rigorous, organized, and autonomous
- Committed to delivering high-quality repairs
- Ideally holding a Category B driving license
