Responsibilities:
- Diagnose damage and assess repair needs
- Perform dent removal, straightening, filling, and surface preparation
- Replace and adjust parts like fenders, doors, bumpers, and hoods
- Welding and paintless dent repair according to skill level
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and quality controls
