Join our team as a Deputy Body Shop Manager and Body Painter, assisting in organizing, controlling, and managing workshop activities to satisfy customers and grow revenue. This role is split 50% workshop and 50% administrative duties. You will work Monday to Friday (39 hours/week) with benefits including health insurance. Bring your expertise in vehicle bodywork, accurate estimating skills using Sidexa (QAPTER), and strong customer service orientation. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform vehicle body repairs and paintwork
- Prepare precise cost estimates and negotiate with experts and insurance
- Organize the workshop team and manage parts orders
- Ensure quality control and vehicle delivery
- Manage after-sales service and support
Your Profile:
- Experienced body painter with solid knowledge of car repair techniques
- Autonomous, rigorous, and safety-conscious
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license; additional qualifications in refrigeration fluids or electric vehicle certification are a plus
