Join us as an Automotive Workshop Manager (M/F) in a full-time permanent position based near Quimper. You will lead a workshop team of 4 to 5 members, providing technical support and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include client reception, quote management, parts logistics, billing oversight, workshop organization, diagnostics, and strict adherence to manufacturer processes.
We offer a collaborative and human-scale working environment with training on internal tools and processes. The role suits either an experienced workshop manager or an experienced automotive technician aiming for managerial responsibilities.
Qualifications: CAP or equivalent in vehicle maintenance, 5+ years workshop experience, strong leadership, communication skills, and mastery of PSA/Citroën processes.
Salary: €40,000 - €45,000 gross per year plus year-end bonus (depending on profile).
