We are looking for an Automotive Workshop Manager (M/F) to join our passionate garage team of 11 automotive enthusiasts dedicated to customer service. Your missions will include managing a team of 6 mechanics, fostering skill development through training and mentoring, ensuring quality of work, welcoming and advising customers, preparing quotes, and overseeing service follow-ups. You should hold a CAP, BEP, BAC PRO, or BTS with experience as a Workshop Manager. This is a full-time permanent position (39 hours/week) with status Agent de Maîtrise.
