Do you enjoy diagnosing automotive issues and finding precise technical solutions? Join our family-run Volkswagen dealership team as a permanent staff member. We offer a fixed salary starting from €2,600 gross monthly, plus a productivity-based variable bonus (€200-300/month), 40-hour work weeks, meal vouchers (€8 each), health insurance, and company benefits. Work with a skilled team of about 15 people maintaining mechanical and bodywork operations.
Your key responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical and electronic diagnostics
- Identify faults and determine repair actions
- Use diagnostic tools and manufacturer procedures
- Handle disassembly/reassembly and inspection of mechanical assemblies
- Work on engines and transmissions, braking and suspension systems
- Perform general mechanical maintenance and accessory installations
- Ensure repairs meet Volkswagen quality standards
Ideal candidate:
- Vocational diploma (Bac Pro or BTS) in Maintenance and Automotive After-Sales
- Experienced automotive technician who loves diagnostics
- Methodical, rigorous, autonomous, curious, team player
- Familiarity with Volkswagen brand or manufacturer network a plus
