Your daily tasks include welcoming experts and insured parties, precisely inspecting vehicles for damages, completing damage diagnostics related to hail claims, and creating repair estimates using specialized software. You will also support teams by verifying repair consistency, providing technical assistance, and updating tracking tools. Strong knowledge of the automotive sector, rigour, good customer service, and proficiency with IT tools are essential. A driving license B is mandatory.
