Your missions:
- Provide personalized assistance to customers via email or phone during vehicle warranty periods
- Manage warranty claims through our internal tools
- Apply your mechanical expertise daily with diagnostics using photos/videos and liaising with our garage network
- Be the ambassador of our brand and ensure customer satisfaction
Your profile:
- Technical background with significant automotive experience
- Expert in mechanics with strong analytical and communication skills
- Organized, rigorous, and comfortable with IT tools
