Reporting directly to the Group Technical Manager, you will manage vehicle maintenance and repair services according to client contracts with a focus on customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include validating supplier agreements, monitoring repairs and vehicle downtime, handling billing, managing claims with manufacturers and repairers, resolving disputes, and supporting clients in their interactions with repair shops.
Candidates should have a technical or mechanical background with at least 3 years of experience in automotive mechanics, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with office software. Become a true expert by effectively handling dossiers and supplier relationships.
