About the mission

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct complex diagnostics and provide high-level technical support across the network's dealerships.
- Troubleshoot rare and complex electrical, electronic, and mechanical vehicle failures.
- Coach technicians by sharing diagnostic methodologies during interventions.
- Deliver precise reports to help engineering teams address recurring issues.
Profile
- Solid experience in automotive technical diagnostics.
- Advanced skills in diagnostic systems, multiplexing, and thermal, hybrid, and electric engines.
- Autonomous, analytical, excellent interpersonal skills, and passionate about solving complex problems.
- Valid driver's license (B) for daily regional travel.
