About the Role

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a dedicated used vehicle client portfolio.
- Achieve sales targets set by the commercial management.
- Advise clients on features and benefits of used vehicles.
- Negotiate sales and financing conditions.
- Handle administrative follow-up of customer files.
- Participate in commercial campaigns and promotional events.
- Keep up-to-date with used car market trends.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and client retention.
Your Profile:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in automotive commercial advising.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Deep knowledge of used vehicles and the automotive market.
- Client-oriented with excellent service sense.
- Autonomous and team player with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with computer tools and CRM software.
