You will ensure customer satisfaction by managing clients during their visit and guaranteeing quality work and timely service. Reporting to the site manager, your key tasks include welcoming and informing customers, scheduling interventions after technician diagnostics, organizing mechanical and bodywork operations, handling intervention documentation for billing, preparing quotes and invoices, and accompanying customers from vehicle drop-off to pick-up.
Profile: You have a mechanical, bodywork, or automotive after-sales background, either self-taught or with formal training, and some experience in a similar role. You work well autonomously and enjoy teamwork. Being customer-oriented, rigorous, and reactive with strong interpersonal skills will help you succeed.
