Automotive Mechanic & Tow-Truck Operator (M/F) – Renault Group (Based in Saint-Mars-Du-Désert)

Main Missions:

• Perform routine and periodic vehicle maintenance (oil changes, brakes, timing belts, tires, etc.).
• Diagnose mechanical and electronic faults using Renault's diagnostic tools.
• Repair and replace parts following manufacturer standards.
• Conduct safety checks and comply with security regulations.
• Provide roadside and home assistance (battery issues, punctures, engine trouble).
• Operate tow trucks safely to transport broken-down or accident vehicles.
• Offer quick diagnostics and customer reassurance with professional service.
• Participate in Renault internal training to specialize in electric vehicles or advanced diagnostics.

Profile Requirements:

• Strong automotive mechanical skills and electronic diagnostic knowledge.
• Ability to work swiftly under pressure and handle towing operations.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork capabilities.
• CAP/Bac Pro/BTS or equivalent in automotive mechanics; driving license B mandatory, C preferred or attainable.
