Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and periodic vehicle maintenance (oil changes, brakes, tires, etc.)
- Diagnose mechanical and electronic faults with Renault-specific tools
- Carry out repairs respecting manufacturer standards
- Conduct roadside assistance including towing operations
- Safely operate towing vehicles and secure transported cars
- Inform customers and ensure quality service during urgent interventions
- Participate in on-call rotations every third week
