- Perform regular and periodic vehicle maintenance (oil changes, brakes, timing, tires, etc.)
- Diagnose mechanical and electronic faults with Renault diagnostic tools
- Conduct repairs and parts replacements adhering to manufacturer standards
- Provide roadside assistance and vehicle towing services
- Operate tow trucks safely and secure transported vehicles
- Offer excellent customer service, reassuring clients during service
- Participate in Renault’s internal training programs to advance skills, including electric vehicles and advanced diagnostics
