Join Renault Group as an Automotive Mechanic & Tow Truck Operator!
Main missions:
- Perform routine and periodic vehicle maintenance (oil changes, brakes, timing belts, tires, etc.)
- Diagnose mechanical and electronic issues using Renault diagnostic tools
- Repair and replace parts according to manufacturer standards
- Ensure vehicle safety components are up to date
- Conduct roadside or at-home vehicle assistance (battery, flat tire, engine failure)
- Tow disabled or accident vehicles securely with a tow truck
- Provide reassuring customer service with quick and effective solutions
- Be on-call every third week to respond to after-hours emergencies
Training and career development:
- Access internal Renault training for specialties such as electric vehicles and advanced diagnostics
- Continual learning on automotive technologies and diagnostic tools
Profile sought:
- Solid knowledge in automotive mechanics and electronic diagnostics
- Ability to handle emergency roadside assistance independently
- Strong customer service skills and teamwork
- Relevant automotive certifications (CAP, Bac Pro, BTS)
- Valid driving license (B mandatory, C preferred or to be acquired)
