Job Description
The Automotive Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of automobiles. Key duties include performing diagnostics to identify faults using technical testing devices, repairing or replacing damaged parts, sourcing and ordering necessary components, and conducting road tests to finalize adjustments such as injection and ignition. This role requires strong knowledge in traditional mechanics, including electricity, mechanics, and pneumatics, as well as an understanding of automotive function. Proficiency in electronics and adaptation to new diagnostic technologies is essential due to technological advances.
